MANHEIM, Pa. – Studd Morris retained his No. 1 position at 125 pounds and Central Oklahoma moved up one spot in the team rankings in the final regular season NCAA Division II poll released by the National Wrestling Coaches Association Monday.

St. Cloud State stayed atop the team rankings with 96.5 points in the tournament-style poll that awards points to the top 15 individuals at each weight. Nebraska-Kearney is second with 70 points, followed by Wisconsin-Parkside (68), UCO (66.5) and Glenville State (61).

The Bronchos finished the dual season 13-1 in winning their fifth straight MIAA championship, with the lone loss coming to the Huskies (21-16) in the NWCA Division II National Duals finals in January. UCO beat UWP (20-15) and UNK (22-14 and 19-12) during the regular season.

Morris leads eight individuals in the rankings for the Bronchos, who are preparing for the NCAA Division II Super Regional IV Tournament that will be held Saturday in Warrensburg, Mo.

Defending national champion Gabe Johnson is second at 157, while 133 Peter Rolle (fourth), 184 Garrett Wells (seventh),165 Hunter Jump (eighth), 149 Dylan Brown (12th), 197 Emmanuel Skillings (12th) and 141 Josh Taylor (13th) are also in the top 15 at their respective weight.
