Westmoore’s Trae Rios announced his commitment to OU on Halloween night. Rios finished third at the state tournament last season and is ranked 24th in the country at 165 pounds according to Willie Saylor. He’s previously won the KC Stampede, and was a runner-up at Southern Plains, the USAW Western Regional, and Fall Brawl tournaments.
