Wrestling accomplishments:
This is my first HS season, and only my 3rd year of wrestling. This season was tough with not many options for tournaments. I am the only girl who wrestles at my HS. I placed 3rd at the Girls Broken Arrow Open 127#, 1st place girls 127# at Inola. 3rd place 127# combined bracket at Carl Albert and 2nd place 127# at the Pryor tournament. I am the 123# OKWA Girls State Champion for 2020, as well as outstanding wrestler for the same tournament. 2nd place for 2019 my second year wrestling. I also earned All American status at the nuWay duals in Shawnee in November. I wrestle with Oklahoma Super Girls.

Stella’s other success:
Right now is challenging, but I have managed to keep my grades up through all the Quarantines and on and off virtual learning. Currently have straight A’s as our second trimester comes to a close. In addition to wrestling I play football. I just finished my 4th season. I am a running back and outside linebacker for the Warriors. I also love Track. We didn’t have last season so really looking forward to this season. I run the 100m, 200m, 4×1 relay and 4×2 relay. With sports keeping me busy clubs are hard right now, but when things start to get back running smoothly I hope to get more involved.

Stella’s community involvement:
I do whatever my mom tells me too. My mom is very involved with everything. All the school activities, booster clubs and hospitality rooms. so between my sports and helping my mom we stay pretty busy.

Unique about Stella:
As a female Athlete I love to push through barriers to pave the way for other girls to know that it can be done. Can you play football? YES you can! Can you wrestle? YES you can!
