The OSSAA announced their new wrestling districts for the next two seasons and here’s how things break down.
Notable are some of the class shifts with the changing sizes announced earlier this year.
The following schools moved around
New to 6A
Piedmont(duals),
New to 5A
Newcastle, Ada, Woodward, Blanchard, Chickasha, Purcell/Lexington. Del City(Down from 6A in duals), Tulsa Hale, Grove.
New to 4A
Bridge Creek, Pauls Valley, Perkins-Tryon, Anadarko, Sulphur, Plainview, Vinita, Jay, Stillwell, Locust Grove, Inola, Checotah
And of course, 3A is now much smaller as most of the schools moved up, though a few new programs have added the sport and are now in the mix.
