Oklahoma State Picks Up Two Commitments over the Weekend

Oklahoma State picked up two significant commitments over the weekend.

The first announcement came from Jeremy Manibog out of Katy, Texas. Jeremy is the brother of OSU Junior Daniel Manibog and was a state champion and wrestler of the year last year in 6A in Texas.

The most notable one in regards to Oklahoma came via the transfer portal. Former Collinsville Cardinal Troy Spatley is coming back to Oklahoma.

Announced first by Willie Saylor, Spratley had a few stops in his high school career, including one in Oklahoma at Collinsville High School where he was a state champion for the Cardinals. He initially committed and went to Minnesota for college, but recently went into the transfer portal and will now be a Cowboy. Spratley made a few starts for Minnesota last season and won two open tournaments as a redshirt.

Spratley will likely contend for the 125 lb spot next season and potentially move up after Daton Fix finishes out his career.
