Oklahoma Head-to-Head matchups at Hall of Fame Duals

Below are the Oklahoma head-to-head matchups from Day I of the HOF Duals:

Edmond North vs Tuttle / Blackwell vs Bixby

Edmond North vs Tuttle.

Round 1 of the Hall of Fame duals and we get an Oklahoma matchup that I have been looking forward to as the #1 team in 6A takes on the #1 team of 4A.

Unfortunate start at 175, Teague (Tuttle) vs Randall (EN). On a mat return Teague goes out. Looks like it is called an illegal slam and Teague unable to continue so Tuttle gets the 6 points for the medical forfeit. Hope he is okay and healthy!

190 McCollum is nasty with the bar-arm tilts and looks like he can get to it whenever he wants. Mcollum gets the tech fall early in period 2 over Mcdoulett.

220 Williams (EN) and Abston (Tuttle) are both state runner-up and look to get on top of the podium this year. In 2nd period Williams hits such a beautiful foot-sweep. He looks tough on his feet and gets the major decision, score 13-1.

285 Thomas uses his brute strength to run over Warren (Tuttle) and get the fall early in period 2.

Goodin (EN) looks so big at 106 and uses his length to his advantage to dominate on top. He gets the major decision over the freshman Bradley (Tuttle) score 9-0.

113 Skidmore is a new face in the lineup for the huskies. Jackson (Tuttle) gets in on a single, Skidmore sits the corner and locks up a cradle. Jackson fights for most of the period but Skidmore gets the fall….
