4A had a few of the best first-round matchups of the dual state tournament. Tuttle took on Cache, Catoosa wrestled Fort Gibson, Wagoner wrestled Skiatook, and Cushing matched up with Harrah.

As expected, Tuttle rolled to a comfortable win over Cache, winning 65-9 and only dropping two bouts in the dual.
