Nick Heflin and Sam Hazewinkel are no longer with the University of Oklahoma

OU assistant coaches Nick Heflin and Sam Hazewinkel have both announced they are no longer with the University of Oklahoma.

After much prayer and contemplation I have decided to resign from Oklahoma University.

Heflin’s announcement via Twitter came today, with Hazewinkel’s being made last week.

Heflin was the associate head coach for former coach Lou Roselli. Hazewinkel was listed as a volunteer assistant coach and was also the RTC coach. The buzz surrounding their replacements is new head coach Roger Kish plans to bring in Austin Marsden and Cam Sykora, who were both in similar positions on his staff at NDSU.

Marsden and Sykora are both no longer listed as staff on the NDSU website.
