First official week of practice

October 1st was the first official day of OSSAA practices. Most of the in-state competition is a little ways away, but we’re officially into wrestling season.

Westmoore Visit

We did our first program visit of the season and took a look at Westmoore this Tuesday. Sixteen videos from the visit are over on our Rokfin page. Will be stopping by some other locations throughout the next few weeks. The link below is our interview with Coach Evans.
