#18 Oklahoma (2-0) vs North Dakota State (0-1)

After a tougher than expected dual against Little Rock on Friday, the Sooners take a day to head back home. They’ll kick off conference competition against North Dakota State, the former school of head coach Roger Kish. New coach Obe Blanc has the Bison looking tough, but in a rebuilding year. This is a dual similar to Little Rock, where the Sooners are favored in nine matches, but there are a handful of matches that I could see being a swing for NDSU or closer than expected. Last year Kish coached the Bison to a 21-12 win over OU, and will be looking to flip the script this year. Here are some things to look out for on Sunday’s dual.
- Get right chances
After being upset at Little Rock, this could be a chance to get back in the win column for John Wiley, Tate Picklo, and Jace Koelzer. None of them have easy matches by any means, but they have unranked opponents and two of them are redshirt freshmen. Koelzer will see Barreto, who hasn’t gotten any big wins but wrestled ranked opponents very tight while redshirting last year. Wiley matches up against Johnson, another redshirt freshman who was a solid 13-3 last year and has looked good this year…
