Christmas Break was not a break for many as several teams and individuals had great success traveling to tournaments in Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri, and Texas. Coweta got it started, winning a tournament in Louisiana, followed by Marlow winning a dual tournament in Missouri. After Christmas, Ft. Gibson won a tournament in Alabama and Catoosa won a dual tournament in Arkansas. In girl’s tournaments, Sand Springs won a tournament in Arkansas, McLoud placed 2nd in a dual tournament in Texas and Union placed 3rd out of 30 teams in a tournament in Missouri. Staying in-state, Yukon won the Southern Oklahoma Ladies Invitational.
