The Oklahoma State Cowboys opened up a big lead going 9-1 (and one medical forfeit) in Session 2, sending 8 to the finals for a 154.5 to 122.5 point lead over second place Iowa State. Further, OSU has the opportunity to set the all time Big XII tournament points record with a strong showing Satuday night. Following on the Friday afternoon theme, the bonus wins didn’tslow down much with 5 more (out of 10 matches) which powered the Pokes to a big lead. Session 3 wrestlebacks will be at noon Saturday followed by the finals at 7:00 p.m.

Semis–(5) Conrad Hendrikson (Oklahoma): Spratley picked up a takedown about a minute into the match and put on a hard ride for the remaining 1:48 of period 1. Spratley escaped quickly in the 2^nd for a 4-0 lead. Hendrikson chose neutral in 3^rd and gave up takedown from Spratley dive into a single, then lengthy rideout to earn the 8-0 major decision and punch his ticket to the finals. Next Up: (2) Stevo Poulin (Iowa St.)
