Oklahoma State vs Air Force will be the first of two away duals on Friday for the Cowboys. OSU is coming in after a dominant Bedlam win and will look to stay undefeated in Big 12 competition. Air Force has only had one D1 dual, where they were dominated by Missouri 39-3. OSU will be looking for similar results here and are likely to get them. Air Force will only be bringing in two ranked wrestlers. The dual is at the Air Force Academy at 6,788 feet, so the altitude may make things difficult at times. OSU should still win handily before driving up to an even higher altitude dual against Wyoming.
125lbs: #12 Trevor Mastrogiovanni (4-0) vs Quinn Melofchik (4-4)
Mastrogiovanni has kept his undefeated season going after a strong Bedlam win, and I expect that to continue here. Melofchik is 2-6 in his career against D1 wrestlers. Fans should look to see Mastrogiovanni get to his takedowns and likely some turns to get his first bonus point victory of the season.

133lbs: #2 Daton Fix (4-0) vs #30 Jared Van Fleet (5-2)
Surprisingly, these two haven’t wrestled each other in all their years of college in the same conference. Van Fleet is a returning qualifier even after going 0-2 at Big 12’s in 2021.
