Seth Duckworth
OCU competed in the NAIA Women’s tournament this weekend and crowned five All-American’s, one National Champion, and finished fourth as a team.
Nkechinyere Nwankwo won a National title at 191 pounds after picking up a fall in 1:48 seconds over Elisa Robinson. Nwaknwo only had three points scored on her in the entire tournament.
OCU snagged four other All-American honors here with Sophia Smith(8th-130), Destiny Lyng(5th-136), Sydney Freund(6th-143), and Cierra Foster (5th-155).
