2023 State Tournament Wrap Up (Girls)

To wrap up the thrilling 2023 wrestling season and to recognize the champions one more time, listed below are the team and individual state champions, multiple-year state champions and some of the statistical leaders. 

Congratulations to all of the wrestlers on their amazing accomplishments, especially Oklahoma’s first 4X girl’s state champion, Peyton Hand.

Another very special achievement that needs to be recognized is Jay’s Ciara Franco-Shrum becoming the first girl to reach 100 victories as the 3X state placer finished her career with a sparkling 102-20 career record.

At the end of the article are a few of the historical records that have been compiled in the four-year history of High School Girls Wrestling in Oklahoma.
